What others say.

"Lalith is a full-spectrum manager and coach. What I mean by that is that he has the unusual skill of paying attention to detail without losing the overview, switching seamlessly from one to the other as circumstance/situation demands. Another example of full-spectrum is his superb control of himself being able to stand back, not let his emotional commitment to his trainees interfere with giving them enough rope to hang themselves ~ essential if they are to actual learn leadership skills, instead of just talking about it! But all the while, he monitors meticulously to he can pull you back if you step outside the safety limits ~ and pull you back form the precipice. That takes nerves of steel. He's got that (and muscle to match!)

His skill as a Shiva-incarnate ~ dancing with energy as described above ~ is matched by a sound intellectual foundation for all his work.

All of this stems from the core integrity he brings to all his work. Should you ever have the privilege of being one of his trainees, you won't simply learn, you will grow in stature as a human being. Remember, "education is not about what you learn, it is about who you become". Exposure to Laltih will enable you to become more who you really are. Live a more fulfilling life. At one of the workshops I helped Laith run, one workshop participant put it like this: "I thought I was were coming for this weekend workshop to find out how to be a better leader, but what you helped me find out was how to be a better me."

So Lalith builds leadership skills not on the superstructure alone, but he starts with the infrastructure, giving it a solid foundation.
I have no hesitation is giving him the highest recommendation." January 14, 2012

"Lalith is both a first-rate professional, and a very likeable human being. I've had the pleasure of working with Lalith on a few occasions, and I am also honored to consider him a friend.

His ability genuinely to connect with people of all kinds and in any setting fits perfectly with his insights into the challenges his clients face and his ability to help them in meaningful ways, through bottom-line, value-added service.

For any individual or organization looking to improve its effectiveness through enhanced leadership and/or productive team-work, I am pleased to recommend Lalith without reservation." January 14, 2012

"I had the privilege of having Lalith visiting Rusirumal to assist us run certain career development, training and teamwork building programs. He has a great ability in appealing to the team and getting everybody actively involved in his training programs. His programs catered to all level of the organization were very creative in the way that it was presented. One particular exercise that culminated our training program was extremely memorable and people discovered abilities about themselves which they previously didn't know existed.
All in all a great person to discuss new and interesting concepts who contributes a lot of effort into what he does." January 11, 2012

"I met Lalith at the EF Schumacher Conference in Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand, in 2006 and we enjoyed exploring ideas around economic growth, money and sustainable development. I liked what he was doing in Sri Lanka and elsewhere, and his efforts to make the world a better place through economic, personal, spiritual, social, monetary change." January 11, 2012

"Lalith is an inspiring, highly intelligent and creative individual who I was lucky to meet informally whilst he was conducting a team building exercise in Rural Sri Lanka (we met at the 'Habarana Guest' house on this occasion).

At this particular time I was in a challenging phase of data collection for research going towards a PhD based at the ANU in Canberra, Australia. Lalith's interactions, and those his business colleague Mihirini De Zoysa on this occasion had a tremendous positive effect on my and my ability to carry out my work effectively, and for that I am very grateful.

There have been several subsequent interactions that I have had with Lalith having the same effect of guidance and mentorship upon my challenging path. The was particularly true in the domains of valuing mindfulness in project management, and him being an advocate maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I also know Lalith through the Arts and Literature circles in Sri Lanka, and his talents here are very commendable. I find his web writings in particular inspiring as I myself am a medical writer and researcher ( http://lifeinthefastlane.com/2011/06/alternative-emergency-medicine-training/ ).

I would highly recommend Lalith's work in any field that he choose to apply his talents.
Kind regards
Bishan :)" January 11, 2012

"Lalith is a person I really enjoy interacting with. Mostly, because of his high degree of presence and ability to be empowering his surroundings in a humble and honest way. Make no mistake; Lalith has a strong authority, and the talent of seeing the real you, no matter what distortions you might bring with you. I always look forward to our next encounter :-)"January 10, 2012

"I have known Lalith for over a decade and have collaborated with Lalith on a global training programme for solar energy professionals in Colombo. Lalith has also one of the early social entreprenuers who developed the solar off-grid systems markets in Sri Lanka. During my days at REEEP I have also collaborated with Lalith in his role as a director of Energy Forum.

Lalith is a top notch professional with a solid understanding of clean energy and business issues. Lalith has been focusing more on facilitation and training of late where he leverages his excellent understanding of socio-economic issues and his perspectives. I am pleased to recommend Lalith to anyone who is looking for an expert on clean energy in developing countries or anyone looking for a skilled and experienced mentor and a facilitator."
