Sage Ontario is equipped to facilitate Leadership Equity Assessment™ surveys electronically in organizations and follow-through with individual coaching required to facilitate a dialogue and change.  In this way LEA is both a strategic survey tool for top management, and a team development tool.

The purpose of Leadership Equity Assessment™ is to strengthen the managers ability to ensure perceived optimal working conditions for employees to create excellent results through the alignment with Core and Supporting Values and actions.

  1. Leadership Equity Assessment™ can be used to:
    1. Obtain information for a coaching and mentoring initiative for managers.
    2. Create dialogue between manager and employees on optimal work conditions to create excellent results
    3. To establish consensus and motivation for which work conditions to focus on improving
    4. To decide on concrete action points along with initiatives for both employees and manager

Leadership Equity Assessment™ (LEA) has its main inspiration from global studies in both private and public organizations.  Studies have found that 4 key business drivers strongly correlated with 13 different leadership aspects.

    1. Profitability (Profit ratio)
    2. Productivity (Revenue)
    3. Customer satisfaction
    4. Employee turnover

The 13 leadership aspects (LEA-competencies) looks at the conditions and prerequisites a manager’s direct reports have for creating excellent results in their daily work.
To measure the effect of the implemented initiatives.

Sage Ontario will work with management and the HR departments of Leadership Equity Assessment™ to coordinate the process.

The process is effective and economically and provides great results.
